Senior Security Engineer, Remote - Canada

Summary

The job description is for a Security Engineer role in the Platform Security squad at Grafana Labs. The role involves providing automation and decision making around underlying CSP and compute security features for Grafana Cloud, as well as helping other engineers make the best security decisions. The base compensation range is provided.

Requirements

• Familiarity with CSP IAM
• Experience with cloud security posture management (CSPM)
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/Crossplane
• Familiarity with Kubernetes administration - experience with Tanka is a plus
• Experience in threat modeling, secure architecture reviews, and security tabletop exercises

Responsibilities

• Provide automation and decision making around underlying CSP and compute security features for Grafana Cloud
• Help other engineers make the best security decisions possible for all the products built by Grafana Labs
