Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a security engineering role, with proven expertise in high-traffic environments and the fintech industry
  • Required certifications include CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its security tools
  • Thorough understanding of compliance requirements including SOC 2 Type II, CCPA, GDPR
  • Experienced in conducting penetration tests, and DAST/SAST
  • Proficient in secure coding practices, particularly within .NET frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all systems and processes consistently meet the standards required by SOC 2 Type II, CCPA, GDPR, and other relevant security measures
  • Design, implement, and manage security solutions on Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Conduct comprehensive penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities in both software and infrastructure
  • Oversee dynamic and static application security testing
  • Implement and maintain security best practices within .NET development teams
  • Lead the response to security breaches and other incidents, including detailed analysis and preventative strategy development
  • Manage and respond to security questionnaires from prospects and partners, detailing security measures and compliance
  • Continually update and maintain security policies to adapt to evolving threats and regulatory changes
  • Update and maintain the trust portal to accurately represent the current security and compliance status
  • Partner with DevOps teams to ensure security measures are effectively integrated into the infrastructure, particularly in high volume traffic environments
