Senior SharePoint Developer

Summary

Join Encora as a Senior SharePoint Developer and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality SharePoint solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and improve software development practices. This remote position, based in Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Bolivia, requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, extensive software development experience with a focus on scalable applications, and 5+ years of experience. Professional English skills are essential. Prior experience with SharePoint migrations, customizations using SPFx, client-side scripting, REST APIs, SharePoint Client Object Model, Nintex Workflows, and customization of SharePoint Master pages and Page layouts is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications
• Professional/ Advanced English skills
• +5 years of experience
• Prior SharePoint migration experience from on premises to Online version
• Customization of SharePoint Objects using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Client-Side scripting, REST API and SharePoint Client Object Model experience
• Experience with Nintex Workflows
• Customization of SharePoint Master pages and Page layouts

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions, including intranet portals, document management systems, and collaboration platforms
• Customize and extend SharePoint functionality using Power Platform, SPFx (SharePoint Framework), C#, .NET, JavaScript, and REST APIs
• Optimize SharePoint performance by implementing best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability
• Integrate SharePoint with third-party applications and enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL Server)
