Senior Site Reliability Engineer in Colombia

Summary

Sezzle is looking for a remote Site Reliability Engineer to join their Infrastructure and Security team. The role involves designing, building, running, improving, and scaling infrastructure for the company's engineering and data teams using a combination of cloud products, open source tools, and internal applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in computer science (preferred) or equivalent related experience
• At least 5+ years of overall software, data, deployments and platform infrastructure experience

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable infrastructure for running systems based on Kubernetes, Redshift, and additional AWS services and products
• Help product teams quickly build out MVP products to test new solutions on the market
• Maintain and develop monitoring and alerting solutions to improve the on-call experience
• Assist product developers in debugging and triaging production issues
• Be the first line of defense for operational environments, triaging and resolving problems as they occur. You will be on an on-call rotation
• Design and scale platform and data architectures to sustain rapid user growth
• Level up the teams through pairing, code review, and mentoring
