Summary

Join Intelerad's Reliability & Hosting team as a Senior Manager of Site Reliability Leads. You will lead a team of highly collaborative individuals, developing and coaching them to achieve service level objectives. Responsibilities include defining performance metrics, fostering a DevOps culture, maintaining familiarity with Intelerad products, and collaborating with various departments. The role requires strong leadership skills, extensive experience in engineering and leadership positions, and a deep understanding of systems design, DevOps, and site reliability engineering. Requirements

  • University or college education in science, technology, engineering, or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years experience in a leadership roles
  • 5+ years experience in engineering roles

  • Knowledge of systems design, performance tuning, DevOps, and site-reliability engineering
  • Knowledge of high-level languages, such as Python, Go, Java, C/C++
  • Knowledge of VMware Enterprise, Windows Server, Linux, and AWS
  • Knowledge of Databases
  • Knowledge of Automation and Monitoring technologies and principles
  • Experience with networking, firewall configuration, and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Enable the work of the Site Reliability Leads and create a group of highly collaborative individuals
  • Lead, develop, and coach the Site Reliability Leads and manage performance according to the organization’s values and goals
  • Define and measure Performance, Efficiency, and Quality metrics for the team (SLOs)
  • Develop the DevOps culture within the Site Reliability Engineering department
  • Maintain familiarity with the technology, users, system interfaces relevant to the operation of Intelerad products
  • Organize and lead the definition of SLIs, SLOs and SLAs for Enterprise Imaging Systems
  • Improve the integration between teams in all departments and break down silos wherever possible
  • Collaborate with Architecture to create and maintain blueprints, standards, and procedures for the efficient operation of Intelerad Products
  • Ensure that Intelerad’s processes are being followed, and collaborate to improve them
  • Participate and lead the analysis, design, and development of operational processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Enterprise Imaging Systems
  • Experience working in a DevOps/Site Reliability environment
  • Strong understanding of medical imaging, radiology workflow, and integration using industry concepts: o PACS o RIS o DICOM o HL7 and interface engines o HIPAA/HITECH o IHE profiles o EMR/EHR o 3rd party vendor integrations o Regulatory and security requirements
