Senior Software Development Engineer in Test

Summary

Join SimSpace as a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to design, build, and implement automated test frameworks and test cases, collaborate with engineers and Product Managers, and drive gap identification and solution proposals. Requirements

• Strong coding skills
• Proficiency in the principles of Software Development including Quality (e.g. test methodology, process and approaches)
• Proficiency in Test Automation Frameworks and tools
• Experience in integration testing, contract testing, API testing, Test Case Development, Test Planning
• Ability to collaborate with other Engineers, User Experience Designers, SRE and Product Managers
• 5+ years of hands on software Development experience (SWE and/or SDET) or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement automated test frameworks and test cases to support high quality and efficient development and test cycles
• Collaborate and support engineers and Product Managers
• Design and coach automated testing best practices
