Senior Software Engineer, Applied AI

Summary

Join Coupa as a Senior Software Engineer in Applied AI and help design and build Coupa’s agentic AI platform. You will convert and adapt Coupa’s core offerings for AI discovery and execution, design and build Coupa’s AI product offerings and features, and design and build the associated data systems and MCP servers. Collaborate with Product and Development teams to build new features and find creative solutions to complex problems. As a senior engineer, you will mentor others and offer advice and review of designs and implementations. Requirements

• Strong experience with Python and web technologies (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Strong software architecture skills
• Strong understanding of the core principles of machine learning
• Experience building large scale applications
• Experience with front end technologies (Javascript, React, CSS)
• Experience with use of LLMs as logic engines in applications
• Experience with technical mentoring or teaching others
