Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java/Groovy and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Full-stack development experience and a passion for continual learning
• Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting product priorities and delivering updates to stakeholders
• Promote the use of cutting-edge tools and technologies to empower your team
• Mentor and coach software engineers of varied experience levels
• Foster a collaborative environment where creativity and innovation flourish
• Design, write, and test product features
• Solve complex problems collaboratively with your team
• Conduct code peer reviews and write automated tests to ensure code quality
• Troubleshoot builds, deployments, and manage production incidents
• Handle support escalations and contribute to solution design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, React, Spring Boot, and Atlassian products
• Prior experience mentoring junior engineers
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
