Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
- Confident working with asynchronous code (Promises, async/await)
- Solid understanding of design patterns and algorithms
- Ability to write and optimize efficient, high-performance code
- Advanced layout skills: responsive, cross-browser, Flexbox, Grid
- Good knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
- Experience building scalable, maintainable CSS architecture
- Proficient with Git and common workflows (e.g., Git Flow)
- Basic understanding of frontend security (XSS, CSRF, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
- Comfortable with modern SDLC (code reviews, planning, documentation)
- Experience with structured technical documentation using common patterns (e.g., ADRs)
- English B1+
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of complex, user-facing features with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Lead technical design and architecture discussions, advocating for best practices and innovative solutions
- Mentor and support mid- and junior-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend) to shape and deliver high-impact features
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing strategies, including unit, integration, and E2E tests
- Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and system improvements
- Contribute to strategic planning, roadmap discussions, and long-term engineering initiatives

Experience with non-scripting languages (Java, Go, C++, etc.)
