Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building distributed systems, scalable architectures, and high-performance applications
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, metadata platforms, and data engineering principles
• Proficient in one or more programming languages like Python, Java, or Go
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters and ensuring enterprise-grade security across cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP
• Passion for solving challenging problems in big data, distributed systems, and scalable infrastructure
• Proven ability to work in collaborative environments and mentor team members
• A strong commitment to building solutions that meet customer needs while delivering long-term value

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure systems for enterprise-level data platforms customers across industries like financial services and healthcare
• Develop innovative features that enhance data collaboration, reporting, and machine learning capabilities
• Work on building and optimizing solutions like a large-scale metadata graph, OLAP-ready lakehouse, and vector capabilities
• Own cross-functional execution working with multiple teams including Product and Design, Field, Sales and Leadership
• Drive performance improvements, cost optimization, and system observability while ensuring data security and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to deliver impactful solutions
• Contribute to team growth by mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence
