Senior Software Engineer

Summary

Join BigID, a leading data security and privacy tech startup, as a Full-Stack Engineer based in Argentina and working remotely. You will play a key role in designing and building our next-generation Consent Management Platform, focusing on secure collection, storage, and distribution of user consent responses. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of web or mobile app development experience, including at least 2 years with strongly-typed languages. You will design, build, and deliver scalable solutions, ensure high-quality code, and make informed architectural decisions. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in both frontend and backend development, experience with distributed systems, and a degree in a computing-related field. Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years developing web or mobile apps or services
• At least 2 years of experience coding in strongly-typed languages like C, C++, Java, Go, Rust, C#
• A degree in a computing-related field or currently pursuing a relevant university degree
• Proven hands-on coding skills in both backend and frontend development
• Ability to design and implement technical solutions in distributed systems

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver maintainable and scalable technical solutions for our Consent Management Platform to securely collect, store, and distribute user consent responses
• Ensure production-grade high-quality code
• Make informed technological and architectural decisions while introducing new technologies and practices
• Review the design and code for other team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile development for Android or iOS
• Expertise in designing platform infrastructure, with hands-on experience using Terraform
• Familiarity with web crawling technologies like Puppeteer or similar tools
