Senior Software Engineer

Summary

Join BigID, a leading data security and privacy tech startup, as a Full-Stack Engineer to contribute to our next-generation Consent Management Platform. Based in Argentina with remote work, you will design, build, and deliver scalable solutions for securely collecting, storing, and distributing user consent responses. You will ensure high-quality code, make informed architectural decisions, and collaborate with the team through code reviews. This role requires at least 4 years of web or mobile app development experience, including 2 years with strongly-typed languages like C#, Java, or Go. A computing-related degree is needed, along with proven backend and frontend development skills and experience with distributed systems. Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years developing web or mobile apps or services
• At least 2 years of experience coding in strongly-typed languages like C, C++, Java, Go, Rust, C#
• A degree in a computing-related field or currently pursuing a relevant university degree
• Proven hands-on coding skills in both backend and frontend development
• Ability to design and implement technical solutions in distributed systems

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver maintainable and scalable technical solutions for our Consent Management Platform to securely collect, store, and distribute user consent responses
• Ensure production-grade high-quality code
• Make informed technological and architectural decisions while introducing new technologies and practices
• Review the design and code for other team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile development for Android or iOS
• Expertise in designing platform infrastructure, with hands-on experience using Terraform
• Familiarity with web crawling technologies like Puppeteer or similar tools
