Summary

Join Cedar's Payment Workflows squad and play a key role in transforming the patient billing experience. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of new full-stack features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, build and improve core checkout flows and payment integrations, and enhance the user experience. Requirements

  • Strong technical leadership with a track record of driving impact across the stack (8+ years of experience preferred, but not required)

  • Experience collaborating with product and design teams to build user-centric solutions

Responsibilities

  • Leading the design and implementation of new full-stack features from end to end
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams to enhance our platform
  • Building and improving our core checkout flow, payment integrations (Stripe), and differentiated payment experiences like HBA/HSA support, and third-party financing
  • Enhancing the user experience, making it easier for patients to save cards, set up autopay, and manage payment plansβ€”core functionalities that set Cedar apart
  • Upholding engineering excellence through thoughtful code reviews, performance optimizations, and reliability improvements

  • Salary/Hourly Rate Range*: $195,500 - $230,000
