Summary

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of JS/HTML/CSS fundamentals
  • 5 years+ experience with React and Typescript
  • Knowledge of SPA and experience with large frontend application architectures and patterns
  • Experience contributing to frontend system design and architecture decisions across large-scale applications
  • Understanding of browser storage technologies (Cookies, Local/Session storage)
  • Strong understanding of web + security fundamentals (HTTP/AJAX/REST/Sockets/XSS/CORS etc)
  • Knowledge of version control (GIT)
  • Ability to communicate and work on projects autonomously or as part of a team
  • Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with other teams
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • A growth mindset with the desire to continue learning and developing

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy solutions that directly impact students and educators around the world
  • Architect robust, scalable systems that deliver ultra-fast, seamless video experiences
  • Take ownership of end-to-end features, from ideation to production, fuelling growth in both our Product and Platform teams
  • Elevate customer-facing interfaces or tackle deep technical challenges
