Senior Software Engineer

As a member of this team, you will build and operate high-performance, scalable voice platform services within an AWS environment. You will integrate third-party AI tools, maintain infrastructure, and develop automation for scaling. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills and DevOps experience, along with knowledge of programming languages (Node.js and Golang preferred) and AWS. Requirements

• Knowledge of at least two programming languages
• Knowledge of AWS
• Knowledge of Linux server administration
• Knowledge of network protocols
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and critical-thinking skills
• Breadth of DevOps experience in building tools and frameworks, with an understanding of continuous deployment processes
• Team player with commitment

Responsibilities

• Build and operate Voice platform services with high performance, scalable and zero downtime releases in the AWS environment
• Integrating 3rd party AI tools into our ecosystem
• Take care of the smooth running of our infrastructure
• Participate in the development of automation and scaling of our infrastructure
• Improve security
• Most importantly, you have the desire to collaborate across teams on best practices to build, test and operate services at scale

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of node.js and Golang
• Knowledge of VoIP
