You will lead a team in building and maintaining a platform for evaluating cyber risk for insurance applicants. The platform integrates various data sources and utilizes business rules and AI to enhance the underwriter experience and automate processes. You will be responsible for writing scalable and clean code, creating monitoring tools, and leading projects. Responsibilities

• Writing scalable and clean code, write unit and integration tests, ship with high quality and confidence
• Create alerts, monitors and dashboards to ensure operational stability and observability
• Lead small projects independently or work with a team of engineers for medium-large projects, collaborating with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GenAI, Agents
• Golang
• AWS experience, Insurance domain experience, Underwriting domain experience
