Senior Software Engineer

Summary

Join Coalition's Documents team and build the backend services and architecture for a distributed system that generates insurance documents at scale. You will write scalable and clean code, create monitoring tools, and lead projects, collaborating with various teams. The platform integrates policy data, complex template logic, and regulatory requirements to produce millions of documents. Responsibilities

• Writing scalable and clean code, write unit and integration tests, ship with high quality and confidence
• Create alerts, monitors and dashboards to ensure operational stability and observability
• Lead small projects independently or work with a team of engineers for medium-large projects, collaborating with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS experience
• Insurance domain experience
