Summary

Join Cordial's growing engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer to build the next generation of our AI-powered marketing platform. You will tackle complex technical challenges, mentor fellow engineers, and drive technical excellence. Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver impactful features leveraging artificial intelligence for meaningful customer experiences. The role involves AI-driven development and innovation, technical leadership and architecture, system development and optimization, and team development and mentorship. Requirements

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience with modern web technologies
  • Strong proficiency in at least one of: Python, PHP, or JavaScript
  • Proven experience designing and scaling distributed systems and microservices architectures
  • Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling principles
  • Experience with message queues, caching systems, and real-time data processing

Responsibilities

  • Build intelligent systems that learn and adapt from customer behavior patterns in real-time
  • Develop predictive algorithms that optimize message timing, content, and personalization at scale
  • Create self-improving recommendation engines that automatically enhance campaign performance
  • Design ML pipelines that unlock insights from millions of customer interactions
  • Contribute to technical roadmaps and provide input on architectural decisions for high-volume systems
  • Lead design discussions for new features and platform improvements, ensuring scalability and performance
  • Make strategic technology decisions on frameworks, tools, and infrastructure that align with business objectives
  • Build and optimize high-performance, distributed systems that power AI-driven marketing personalization
  • Develop intelligent decision engines that understand customer intent and preferences
  • Drive resolution of technical debt and implement architectural improvements across our platform
  • Ensure our systems maintain high uptime while handling peak traffic loads
  • Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing
  • Establish and champion code quality standards, design patterns, and development workflows
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment by sharing expertise and best practices across the team
