Summary

The job is for a Senior Engineer position at Culture Amp working on their Perform product. The role involves developing software, mentoring other engineers, and contributing to the team's culture. Requirements

• Proficiency in Ruby/Rails (or other backend programming languages/framework) and Typescript/React
• Experience building data intensive systems
• Strong knowledge of modern web application design and development patterns
• Experience mentoring other engineers

Responsibilities

• Develop software for web applications in a consistent and secure manner
• Work in a cross-functional environment with product designers, product managers, data engineers and the camp’s leadership to build compelling product features
• Find improvements to make within current system architecture and technology; socialise and drive changes
• Contribute to building the team’s culture, striving to make it the best team you’ve ever worked in
• Mentor and coach other engineers, encouraging them to grow to their full potential
