• Significant experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications
• Commercial experience with our stack

Responsibilities

• Liaise with product and delivery managers to understand client requirements
• Design, develop and implement backend services and APIs using Python, Flask and FastAPI
• Optimise the existing codebase to enhance performance and efficiency
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to deliver efficient solutions
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in the backend system
• Contribute to high level technical architecture discussions and take opportunities to mentor and coach less experienced colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with APIs and services
• Hands on experience working with document extraction and/or LLMs
