Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience with React and/or Javascript
• Specialized in building consumer-facing products on web and mobile platforms
• Developed domain expertise in either web or mobile front-end (or both)
• Eager to learn new languages and frameworks, and are comfortable working across the full stack when needed
• Worked in a product team with clear metrics goals and had a measurable positive impact on customers
• A strong product sense and take pride in sweating the details of great UX
• Motivated to help your team members succeed and grow and learn from each other through empathetic feedback

Responsibilities

• Building delightful products with a very high bar for quality, performance, and a focus on impact
• Working with Product, Design, Data Science, UX Research, and Marketing to shape the team’s vision and roadmap
• Helping find the right solutions that balance delight, speed of delivery and impact by collaborating with design and product partners

Preferred Qualifications

• You are a Discord user, and understand the core features and flow of Discord communications
• You’ve worked on React Native products
