Senior Software Engineer

Summary

Join Dun & Bradstreet as a Senior JavaScript/ReactJS Developer and architect, design, and develop accessible front-end components and features for web applications. Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and accessible solutions. Manage VPAT, lead WCAG testing, and provide A11Y guidance. Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end web development
• Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and best practices. Experience managing VPATs, WCAG Testing, and A11Y guidance
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a strong emphasis on accessibility
• Extensive experience with ReactJS and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.)
• Solid understanding and experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop accessible front-end components and features for web applications using JavaScript and ReactJS
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow industry best practices for software development with a focus on accessibility standards
• Manage VPAT, lead WCAG testing, and provide guidance and guardrails to the team on A11Y best practices
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and accessibility
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions to drive innovation and best practices
• Collaborate with design and product teams to create intuitive and accessible user interfaces
