Requirements

• Be a highly skilled, senior-level Software Development Engineer (Senior Engineers typically have 6+ years of experience in Software Development, but we grade based on technical expertise over years of experience)
• In previous roles, focus on Server-side and RESTful API Development and integration
• Be proficient in at least one OOP language, such as Python, Java, PHP, etc
• Have proven experience implementing, maintaining and deploying full-stack web technologies
• Have a strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, testing, and Agile methodology
• Be a team player that always puts colleagues ahead of yourself and has a highly adaptable and versatile approach to work
• Have good verbal and written English skills
• Be passionate about learning, sharing your knowledge, and mentoring team mates

Responsibilities

• Drive your squad to develop critical features for our customers
• Collaborate closely with our global team of designers, product managers and UX specialists to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Write automated tests for your production codes
• Develop and maintain key components of web applications
• Conduct testing and code reviews for both yourself and your colleagues
• Mentor the Junior Engineers within your squad
