Senior Software Engineer

Summary

You will be part of the engineering team responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining Fever's services. The role involves working with a variety of technologies, including Python, Django/Flask, PostgreSQL, and AWS. You will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and maintenance. Requirements

• Strong knowledge on good practices, testing and design patterns
• Proficiency in business English
• Ability to deliver code from development to production
• Experience with RESTful APIs (implementation and consumption)
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Fever's services
• Improve existing services
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle
• Design and implement solutions to new problems
• Create production-grade Python code
• Measure the outcome of functionalities and improve the product
• Analyze user usage and evolve the platform to meet user needs
• Participate in the launch of new microservices
• Mentor other team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Django/Flask
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with Redis
• Experience with Celery with RabbitMQ
• Experience working on agile methodology
• Experience with event communication between services
• Experience handling services with more than 1000 request/second
• Experience with AWS, Docker and Kubernetes

• Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance. Base Salary: 50.000 - 65.000EUR
• Total Compensation: 67.500 - 90.000EUR (Including Base, Variable, and Stock Options)
