Senior Software Engineer

Summary

Join Fluxon, a product development team founded by ex-Googlers and startup founders, as a Senior Software Engineer. You will drive end-to-end implementations, collaborate with the team in a dynamic environment, engage directly with clients, inform product requirements, and proactively communicate progress. Responsibilities include performing code reviews, cross-feature validations, and providing mentorship. You'll work with diverse technologies, including various languages, frameworks, cloud services, and databases. This role offers exposure to high-profile startups and enterprise companies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience in software development
• Experienced with the full product lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, release management, deployment, monitoring and incident response
• Fluent in software design patterns, scalable system architectures, tooling, fundamentals of data structures and algorithms

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end implementations all the way to the user, collaborating with your team to build and iterate in a dynamic environment
• Engage directly with clients to understand business goals, give demos, and debug production issues
• Inform product requirements, identifying appropriate technical designs in partnership with our Product and Design teams
• Proactively communicate progress and challenges in your work and seeking help when you need it
• Perform code reviews and cross-feature validations
• Provide mentorship in your areas of expertise
