Senior Software Engineer

Summary

Join Form3's US engineering team and contribute to the development of critical payment gateway products (FedNow, Fedwire, TCH RTP). You will work on functional build, design, testing, infrastructure management, and product operations, including on-call rotation. This role requires a deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud technologies, and experience with Go programming. The ideal candidate enjoys complex challenges, clean code, and collaboration. The team is distributed across multiple time zones and values asynchronous communication. Form3 is focused on completing the functional build and preparing for product go-lives in 2025.

Requirements

• Has a deep understanding of designing and building distributed systems
• Enjoys working on complex challenges within critical software where high performance and robustness are essential
• Is familiar with cloud and containerisation technologies, test automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Expresses interest in owning projects end-to-end and supporting them as they go live in production
• Has appreciation of clean code and software engineering best-practice
• Is experienced in programming in Go but also demonstrates a “right tool for the job” mentality
• Possesses great communication skills and enjoys sharing knowledge and collaborating with others
