Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience with Scala or Java and Play Framework
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience working with messaging systems - Kafka
• Experience in working with distributed systems, architecture, and patterns
• Experience of working with non-relational databases
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Practical experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and familiarity with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
• Good English skills, oral and written

• Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications and coping with the challenge of working in a distributed environment
• Operate mission-critical services, providing high availability (99.999%)
• Collaborate across business units and drive solutions
• Explore new solutions and technologies
• Build a scalable and reliable system
• Maintaining open communication lines with team members, aligning on project expectations and timelines
• Implementing and enacting policies in line with the company's strategic plans regarding utilized technologies, work organization, etc
• Conducting training and knowledge-sharing
