Senior Software Engineer

Join GrowthLoop as a Senior Software Engineer and contribute to building intuitive and user-friendly software. You will leverage your expertise in multiple CX browser libraries and frameworks, primarily React, to create and manage Typescript components and libraries. Your focus will be on delivering a superior customer experience for data analysts, marketing professionals, and business leaders. You will also play a key role in choosing and extending CX browser frameworks, libraries, and patterns for the engineering organization. Requirements

• 4+ years coding professionally
• Proficiency in multiple CX browser libraries and patterns
• Productive work in React
• Experience with limitations of frameworks and writing parts of your own
• Driven by seeing your software used and providing value that your customers can’t live without
• Understanding of customer needs leading to more valuable results
• Ability to identify and solve critical problems or call attention to them
• Capability to identify opportunities when confronted with ambiguity and take action

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Typescript components and libraries

• Choose and extend CX browser frameworks, libraries, and patterns that will be used throughout the engineering organization

• Passion for making software so intuitive that it has almost no learning curve and so usable that it quickly becomes muscle memory
• Rejection of the notion that backend work is real software development or that frontend work is easier

• Estimated salary is between $130,000 to $180,000 CAD or $120,000 to $170,000 USD
