Senior Software Engineer

Summary

Join HackerOne's Integrations and Support team as a Senior Engineer! This role focuses on building robust, enterprise-level solutions, working closely with customer success managers. You will master the entire stack, building solutions for our platform and leading projects. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and product leaders, ensuring highly-available and performant features. Mentorship and growth opportunities are provided. The position requires 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience and is remote-based in Canada (Eastern or Atlantic time zones).

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer
• Experience with working in a Product or SaaS company
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate the skills of engineers, fostering growth and development within a team
• Documented experience leading technical projects through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Must be based remotely in Canada, Eastern or Atlantic timezones only

Responsibilities

• Work as a project lead together with stakeholders, designers and product leaders
• Build, ship and maintain highly-available, performant and durable features focused on (but not limited to) enterprise customers of our platform
• Work with your team to deliver key results for impactful objectives
• Be a part of cross-squad initiatives
• Mentor and be mentored by other engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a business support role for enterprise customers, or working on Business Process Automation
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, and TypeScript
