Senior Software Engineer

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role
• Comfortable back-end systems to accomplish regular tasks
• Experience working on product-minded teams with end-to-end ownership of the product
• Hold a bias toward action and delivery
• Work with a deep understanding of your users and focus your efforts on delivering user value
• Thrive in a deeply collaborative environment (designers, PMs, engineers, and stakeholders)
• Passionate about quality, security and SRE
• Proactive and driven individual with a keen attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities and excels in both independent and team-oriented environments
• Experience working with any of our tech stack: React, Typescript, C#, AWS, GraphQL, Postgres DB, and DataDog

Responsibilities

• Work within a team following the Empowered Product Teams model
• Assume responsibility for features and functionalities that directly contribute to the overall business impact
• Adopt a test-driven development methodology, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and quality
• Influence foundational technical decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a delightful customer experience
• Embrace an experimental and resourceful approach to assist the team in making well-informed, data-driven decisions
• Craft scalable solutions while building software for growth
