Senior Software Engineer

Summary

Join our Flywheel AI Team as a Senior Software Engineer II and mentor junior engineers in areas such as architecture, designing, coding, tooling, and infrastructure. You will provide technical direction for team projects, participate in code reviews, and carry out system testing and debugging issues.

Requirements

• Strong engineers, interested in writing in the Java ecosystem
• Take ownership of the end-to-end solution, work collaboratively, and figure things out
• Understand that their job is not about implementing pre-written requirements, but figuring out exactly what is required to add value to our customers and their businesses
• Consistently work to deliver reliable, performant, well-tested code
• Have a thirst for technical challenges with distributed systems at a massive scale, leveraging technologies such as HBase, Kafka, Hadoop, Elasticsearch, GraphQL and Dropwizard
• Ideally have experience with, or a strong interest in, deploying solutions that make use of Machine Learning and Generative AI models

Benefits

• Cash compensation range: 186300-279500 USD Annually
• On-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles
