Requirements

  • Expertise in Ruby on Rails (RoR) and Salesforce Apex development
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices
  • Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs, SOQL, and Visualforce/Lightning components
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow Builder)
  • Proficiency in Git, Gearset, and data migration tools like Data Loader
  • Experience with architectural design and scalable system development
  • A growth mindset with a passion for ownership and innovation
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Effective communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach that emphasizes humility and supportiveness
  • A proven track record of being adaptable, resourceful, and proactive

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain internal tools and platforms: Enhance tools like Anchor and integrate them with systems like Slack, PagerDuty, Salesforce, and Jira
  • Optimize Salesforce systems: Design automation, customizations, and integrations to streamline operations for sales and customer success teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with product, engineering, and business teams to troubleshoot issues, build internal APIs, and drive process improvements
  • Lead architectural and design initiatives: Contribute to system architecture and design for scalable and high-quality solutions
  • Mentor and support teammates: Share best practices, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous learning
  • Adapt to evolving needs: Handle ad hoc requests and support dynamic, high-performing teams to enable operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Developer, Administrator)
  • Experience with Heroku Connect and financial integrations like Stripe or QuickBooks
  • Familiarity with building reports and dashboards for operational insights
  • Experience with React, TypeScript, or other front-end frameworks
