Senior Software Engineer

Requirements

• Develop responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript with experience in ES6
• Apply good practices and Functional Programming principles in software development
• Work with DDD
• Work with APIs and sockets
• Lead and influence architectural designs across the stack
• Be a pragmatic programmer who understands how to balance quality, time to ship, and cost
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
• Mentor and teach colleagues at all levels, while also learning from them
• Have a holistic approach to quality
• Receive feedback and see challenges with a growth mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Build End to End tests with Cypress or other similar tools
• Build and maintain APIs in Node.js
• Apply SOLID principles in software development
• Work with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, .NET or Python
• Work with the Django web framework
• Work with MySQL
• Work with Hexagonal architecture
• Have a strong portfolio (on Github) that displays your passion for delighting users
• Have previous experience working with a large engineering team on a complex web application
