Senior Software Engineer

Summary

Livara is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their remote engineering team. The engineer will be responsible for improving digital platforms that are crucial to delivering quality care to patients. The role involves writing and reviewing code, defining frameworks and tooling, and partnering with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Software Engineering with a track record of building and maintaining complex systems
• Experience with health tech product development of cloud native applications
• Experience coding in python or typescript
• Experience working in highly regulated environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

Responsibilities

• Enhance our digital platforms that are key to our delivery of quality care to our patients
• Write and review code across our entire stack, while ensuring we follow best practices and patterns
• Advance our engineering excellence with a focus on platform observability, testing automation, and software documentation
• Define our frameworks and tooling to support our care team and patient experiences
• Work through ambiguity, with an ability to manage tight deadlines, and lead multiple complex initiatives in parallel
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure we have clear requirements and are able to evolve our architecture to solve complex problems that arise over time
