Remote Senior Software Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Software Engineering with a track record of building and maintaining complex systems
• Experience with health tech product development of cloud native applications
• Experience coding in python or typescript
• Experience working in highly regulated environments
• Mentoring and coaching of less experienced team members
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

Responsibilities

• Write and review code across our entire stack, while ensuring we follow best practices and patterns
• Advance our engineering excellence with a focus on platform observability, testing automation, and software documentation
• Define our frameworks and tooling to support our care team and patient experiences
• Work through ambiguity, with an ability to manage tight deadlines, and lead multiple complex initiatives in parallel
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure we have clear requirements and are able to evolve our architecture to solve complex problems that arise over time
