Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing customer-facing products
• Education: Undergraduate Degree
• Technical Skills: Proficient in modern Javascript frameworks or libraries such as React, with solid backend skills in Java, and RESTful APIs (AJAX, JSON)
• Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Craft & Innovate : Contribute to the design and development of standout features, working closely with UX designers and product architects to ensure our risk management platform remains at the forefront of innovation
• Achieve hands-on development excellence in our product and technology stack. Review code and test thoroughly to ensure the highest quality of work
• Process Improvement : Actively participate in our agile development process, contributing to continuous improvements and efficiency gains to streamline our development workflow
• Tech Exploration : Explore and pilot new technologies to ensure our technology stack remains up-to-date and cutting-edge
