Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree and 6-8 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and either Blazor or Razor, with hands-on experience in full-stack application development
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
- Solid understanding of cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Proven experience with EF Core and SQL Server for database design and performance tuning
- Knowledge of no-code/low-code architectures, and how to build systems for non-developer users
- Experience with workflow automation, rules-based engines, and enterprise SaaS development
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable code following best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, agile environment
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain no-code/low-code software solutions using C# and .NET
- Drive system design and architecture decisions to ensure a performant and scalable enterprise-grade platform
- Build user interfaces and workflows that simplify application development for non-technical users
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a smooth, intuitive user experience
- Integrate third-party services and internal systems via RESTful APIs
- Implement and promote security best practices throughout the development lifecycle
- Construct and maintain unit tests, conduct code reviews, and perform thorough debugging to ensure software quality
- Support workflow automation and business rules integration within the platform
- Stay current on trends and emerging technologies in .NET, cloud computing, and no-code development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot) or AI integration in development workflows is highly preferred
- Familiarity with the loan origination process or financial tech platforms
- Experience building developer tools or platforms for technical and non-technical users alike
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerized environments
