Senior Software Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6-8 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and either Blazor or Razor, with hands-on experience in full-stack application development
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
• Solid understanding of cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Proven experience with EF Core and SQL Server for database design and performance tuning
• Knowledge of no-code/low-code architectures, and how to build systems for non-developer users
• Experience with workflow automation, rules-based engines, and enterprise SaaS development
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable code following best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, agile environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain no-code/low-code software solutions using C# and .NET
• Drive system design and architecture decisions to ensure a performant and scalable enterprise-grade platform
• Build user interfaces and workflows that simplify application development for non-technical users
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a smooth, intuitive user experience
• Integrate third-party services and internal systems via RESTful APIs
• Implement and promote security best practices throughout the development lifecycle
• Construct and maintain unit tests, conduct code reviews, and perform thorough debugging to ensure software quality
• Support workflow automation and business rules integration within the platform
• Stay current on trends and emerging technologies in .NET, cloud computing, and no-code development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot) or AI integration in development workflows is highly preferred
• Familiarity with the loan origination process or financial tech platforms
• Experience building developer tools or platforms for technical and non-technical users alike
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerized environments
