You will work on cutting-edge technology, directly reporting to the CTO and sharing coding and technical lead responsibilities. You will learn the company's tech stack, work on various projects, and eventually become a key member of the engineering leadership team. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, ideally full-stack with frontend/mobile leaning
- Willingness to learn new technologies. You will work across the entire stack in multiple languages
- A solid background in writing understandable, testable, and efficient code
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Empathetic, mission-driven, collaborative, precise, transparent, compassionate, results-oriented
Responsibilities
- Learn about our entire engineering stack - backend, third-party API integrations, our mobile apps, our website, and our AI-powered tools/features
- Learn more about healthcare and how it works than you ever knew before
- Work with some amazing cross-functional partners to understand how to meet the needs of patients using technology
- Own entire components of our care-delivery infrastructure
- Develop tools to optimize our operations and clinical workflows, such as AI-driven patient history summarization, in-housing key features of our medical record system, scaling our platform to meet the needs of our partners, improving our provider matching algorithm, streamlining patient onboarding experience, etc
- Improve our mobile products and create a roadmap for building disease specific features and tests
- Be a key member of the company's engineering leadership team
- Work in partnership with our operations team to help us deliver the highest quality care most efficiently
- Lead our efforts to drive understanding of patient data in terms of medication effectiveness to enable us to use our knowledge to power pragmatic clinical trials
