Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and the Next.js framework
  • Practical knowledge of TanStack Query, TailwindCSS, Git, and working with REST APIs
  • Solid experience writing automated tests using Jest and related testing tools
  • A good understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility best practices
  • A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality results independently
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both within the team and with stakeholders
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver front-end features end-to-end, across tasks, user stories, and epics
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to define and implement effective solutions
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the project’s business goals and ensure your work aligns with the overall product strategy
  • Identify and communicate potential technical or project risks
  • Take full ownership of your work - ensuring it’s well-tested, reliable, and delivered on time
  • Support and guide less experienced developers, helping them solve technical challenges and grow their skills
  • Review code and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards across the codebase
  • Contribute to technical decisions and discussions, helping shape the direction of the front-end architecture and practices
