Requirements
- Proficiency in server-side development with experience in microservices
- Strong background in scalable and high-performance systems, handling large volumes of data
- Passion for continuous improvement and enhancing the development and troubleshooting process
- A test-driven mindset, prioritizing reliability and code quality
- Fluency in English, our working language
Responsibilities
- Build scalable solutions that enable schools and families to manage millions of students’ digital well-being
- Develop applications and tools that support experimentation, customization, observability, and quality
- Contribute to engineering excellence by sharing expertise in leading technologies
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams across multiple locations

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, and customer success)
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
