Requirements
- 5+ plus years of hands-on experience as a software engineer
- Demonstrated track record of technical leadership
- Ability to disambiguate technical requirement and functional requirements to provide your team direction
- Proficient with Golang or Rust, and Java
- Strong experience in multiple Big Data/Cloud/Enterprise Frameworks
- Experience in creating robust web-socket and RESTFul APIs
- Deep knowledge of SW design and architecture patterns
- Proficiency with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes
- A strong collaborator who can work well with a diverse team
- Able to mentor junior engineers
- Demonstrated working knowledge & experience in Kubernetes
- Ability to leverage multiple types of databases
- Support CI/CD pipelines
- Developing performant applications
- Able to obtain a Security+ certification within 90 days of employment with Raft
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or a related field
- Active Top Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Dive deeper into the software lifecycle, taking on more complex tasks and leading smaller project initiatives
