Senior Software Engineer

Summary

Join SAPI, a company building custom financing products, as a Senior Software Engineer. This remote role, based in Greece, offers the opportunity to be a key player in expanding the engineering team in your region. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions, collaborating with engineers and product managers to deliver high-quality products that meet client needs. This role involves contributing to architectural decisions, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with expertise in both frontend and backend development
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and working with relational databases
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions in accordance with best practices
• Contribute to architectural decisions and design patterns in the software development process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation and teamwork
