Senior Software Engineer

Requirements

• Possess advanced/fluent English skills – excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have extensive experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role
• Be proficient in Python and have experience with frameworks such as Flask
• Have extensive experience with front-end technologies: Figma/React is a must
• Be familiar with CI/CD practices and tools
• Have experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Possess a solid understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Possess strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Be experienced with mentoring team members in areas of technical domain expertise
• Have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for the quality of your work

Responsibilities

• Integrate new UI/UX components with the existing legacy application
• Understand and work within the established CICD/DevOps processes
• Mentor and teach other developers on the team
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Develop new UI/UX components to modernize the existing application
• Maintain or integrate with the legacy system during the transition
• Refresh the technology stack and platform completely

Preferred Qualifications

• Be familiar with the complex commercial real estate securities domain and data
• Be familiar with Design Systems
