Senior Software Engineer

Requirements

• Expertise with PHP (5+ years preferred)
• Demonstrated experience building and integrating IAM or SCIM solutions
• Solid foundation in Linux and/or BSD environments
• A commitment to thorough documentation as a core aspect of engineering
• Experience working with and resolving technical debt
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale IAM and SCIM solutions for our PHP-based web portal
• Collaborate with our Engineering teams to research and develop new features, address technical debt, and continuously improve performance
• Lead efforts to enhance observability, increase automation, and optimize our CI/CD pipelines
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to plan and deploy new features with a focus on security and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing custom APIs (highly preferred)
• Exposure to config management tools like Puppet or Ansible is a plus
• Comfort working with Windows environments is beneficial but not required
