Senior Software Engineer

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 2 years experience with React / Typescript

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for building and improving the ways users get support from Wave
• Take ownership of every aspect of the process, starting with a deep comprehension of the problem, collaborating with Product and Engineering managers to identify the optimal solution for our users, leading the entire lifecycle of your project, and assisting the customer support team in resolving issues
• Help maintain a high bar of code and systems design quality during this exciting next phase in the evolution of Wave’s support infrastructure
• Support and mentor your teammates to become more effective engineers and colleagues
• Be proactive in ensuring that technical approaches align with business needs
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering managers to define long term product and engineering strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• French is a plus
