Requirements
- A university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- At least 3+ years of experience as a full-stack web developer, including meaningful contributions to a complex, long-term project
- Proficiency in a typed language like TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React, Node.js, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and SQL
- A strong grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns and best practices to build high-quality, maintainable solutions
- A self-organized, collaborative team player eager to work with a talented and supportive team of developers and designers across Switzerland and Portugal
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to approach challenges thoughtfully and effectively
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to ensure seamless collaboration within an international team
Responsibilities
- Shape the Future of Innovation: Take the lead in designing and implementing groundbreaking customer projects, creating scalable, maintainable applications that set new quality benchmarks
- Collaborate Across Borders and Teams: Partner closely with talented colleagues in Product Management and UX/UI from diverse locations, including Switzerland and Portugal, to co-create and deliver impactful new features
- Champion Reliability and Excellence: Play a key role in ensuring applications perform flawlessly, employing regular code reviews, optimization and thorough testing
- Drive Positive Change: Contribute to refining engineering processes, championing improvements in coding standards and best practices that uplift the entire team
- Empower the Next Generation: Share your expertise by mentoring junior engineers, offering meaningful guidance and constructive feedback to foster their professional growth
