Senior Software Engineer - Developer Experience

• Software engineering experience in delivering products, understand product teams, help fellow engineers to achieve efficiency
• Opinionated on development processes and best practices, optimize and automate them
• Leadership and mentoring experience, has been a role model for engineers
• Strategic and tactical mindset, break down work in increments
• Understand the value of writing technical documentation, guidelines, and standards
• Value feedback and enjoys humor

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams, learn from them and understand the challenges they face, e.g. by embedding into teams
• Research and engineer approaches to improve developer satisfaction and increase developer velocity
• Spanning the entire process of designing, building, testing, deploying, releasing, and monitoring
• Areas cover release task automation, testing automation (Performance, end2end, etc.)
• AI testing automation for generative AI based features (Quality and confidence of results)
• Provide and promote TDD , best practises, new tools, trainings as enablement
• Mentor and coach other engineers in the areas of developer experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with methods of software testing for features powered by GenAI
• Solid German communication skills
