Requirements
- Have an interest in learning about security or prior experience in the space
- Have 6+ years of experience with full stack development, delivering customer facing components that are used by multiple product teams
- Prior experience on a platform team
- Have experience with frontend infrastructure challenges related to scale, reliability, or performance
- Experience with GraphQL, Typescript and React, and are familiar with frontend technologies
- Have worked on technical initiatives aimed towards web performance, product platform, frontend infrastructure, or developer productivity
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to enable our business and team to scale
- Advocate for product quality and collaborate with product engineering teams on cross cutting features
- Work with talented and kind engineers to make a significant impact on our customer base, enabling them to improve their security and prove it
- Contribute to building Vantaβs engineering culture as we grow
- Set technical direction to provide a strong foundation for our frontend stack and enable our infrastructure to scale with our business
- Drive complex projects across our technical stack and mentor our talented engineering team
