Summary
Join Xentral as a Senior Software Engineer and help build the General Ledger within the company's ERP system. You will work in a cross-functional team, delivering features and owning them end-to-end. Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go and PHP, you write clean and self-explanatory code
- You have solid expertise with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and performance-optimized SQL
- You have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure), Docker/Kubernetes and scalable architecture patterns
- You enjoy mentoring, giving thoughtful code reviews and fostering technical excellence in the team
- Youβre pragmatic, proactive and a clear communicator - fluent in English and ready to take ownership
Responsibilities
- You design and develop scalable backend services for our General Ledger using Go and PHP
- You build and optimize data-driven features that support financial and accounting operations
- You design and implement robust APIs that integrate seamlessly into our ERP ecosystem
- You drive the evolution of our architecture from monolith to service-based systems - with modularity and scale in mind
- You apply best practices in code quality, system design, CI/CD, observability - no quick hacks
- You collaborate closely with product and tech stakeholders to deliver real customer value
