Senior Software Engineer I

Summary

Join Spring Health's Member Experience Engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer to build modern AI-powered experiences. You will be a technical leader, integrating emerging AI technologies and building proprietary developer tools. The role is full-time, fully remote (or optionally hybrid), with travel opportunities. Success involves energetic immersion in AI, creative development, on-time deliveries, high-quality engineering, and strong team relationships. The target salary range is $159,100-$194,150, with a competitive benefits package.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience as a software engineer
• At least 3 years of experience building developer platforms and tool chains
• At least 2 years of experience with modern AI technologies
• Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
• Track record of technical leadership, creating clarity from ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript and/or Flutter
