Summary

Join HubSpot's Breeze Assistant team as a Senior Software Engineer and contribute to a high-impact initiative. Requirements

• Bring solid backend engineering experience
• Have direct experience building new user-facing products from the ground up, ideally including product integrations and complex, data-driven applications
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and pragmatic engineering skills, balancing immediate needs with longer-term technical architecture
• Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are comfortable adapting to evolving requirements
• Understand secure, compliant application development best practices, particularly for data privacy, governance, and API integrations

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-value projects, collaborating across multiple teams when needed
• Make significant contributions to technical decisions and help solve challenges related to context, user interfaces, real-time features, data governance, and application performance
• Support and help mentor team members in your area of expertise when opportunities arise
• Help build and scale the engineering culture at HubSpot India

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong understanding of technologies like Java, Node.js, MySQL, Kafka, and cloud-native architectures is beneficial
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (LLMs, Agents, RAG, etc.) is a strong plus
• A demonstrated interest in working on AI-driven products is highly desirable
